MEXICAN GOVERNMENT INVADES ZAPATISTA TERRITORITY, PUSHED BACK BY RESIDENTS

What follows is a communiqué from the Road to the Future Good Government Council about a recent incursion by the Mexican government into the territory of the Zapatistas. The Nuclear Summer stands in solidarity with the Zapatistas in their struggle for freedom, and look to them as an inspiration in our own struggles. ARTHUR C. CLARK, 90, PASSES AWAY

According to the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation, author, inventor, and visionary Sir Arthur C. Clarke passed away in his home in Sri Lanka. He was 90 years old. Best known for his collaboration with Stanley Kubrick for 2001: A Space Odyssey, Clarke was perhaps the last of the classic science fiction authors.

One of our favorite science fiction authors, The Nuclear Summer will greatly miss Sir Clarke, and his passing is met with sadness.
